Pola Komunikasi Komunitas Fotografi Salatiga: Studi pada Fotografer KOKAS di Salatiga

Abstract

KOKAS (Komunitas Kamera Apa Saja) adalah suatu komunitas fotografi terbesar di Salatiga yang berdiri pada tahun 2011.Pada tahun 2017, komunitas ini mengalami sebuah konflik internal. Penelitian ini membahas tentang penyebab turunnya aktivitas dan pola komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh KOKAS. Penelitian yang berjudul “Pola Komunikasi Komunitas Fotografi Salatiga (Studi pada fotografer KOKAS di Salatiga)”, bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola komunikasi yang terjadi di KOKAS tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deksriptif dan metode penelitiannya kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebelum konflik terjadi di komunitas ini, pola komunikasi terjalin lancar. Tetapi ketika komunitas ini mengalami konflik internal, yang mengakibatkan satu per satu pengurus komunitas keluar, dan ketua yang harus mengurus komunitas ini sendiri. Setelah itu, pola komunikasi pada KOKAS berubah dari pola komunikasi semua saluran menjadi pola komunikasi roda.

KOKAS (Komunitas Kamera Apa Saja) is the biggest photography community in Salatiga since 2011. On 2017, this community had an internal conflict. Meanwhile, this research discusses about the cause of decreased activity and the communication pattern which apllied by KOKAS itself. This research entitled “The communication pattern Of Photography Community (a study on KOKAS’ photographers in Salatiga)”. The purpose of this study is to describe the communication pattern which had happened in KOKAS on 2017. This is a descriptive research and using qualitative method. The result of this study shows that before the conflict happened, the communication pattern on this community was smooth. Nevertheless, while this community had internal conflict, the members are deminished and the left the KOKAS’s chief who should taking care of this community by himself. Thus, the communication pattern on KOKAS changed from all-line communication into wheel communication pattern.
