Abstract: Department of Education, Youth and Sports of North Halmahera Regency in determining the development priorities of educational facilities and is still a way to see the pattern of the survey results without any special calculation of the data that there is a shortage of this method is not necessarily as a result of the priority right. This deficiency needs to be improved so that future decisions are made measurable and accurate, one way to implement a. Decision Support System (DSS) to provide decision support information that meets the rules of proportion. DSS was built using the method Promethee, Promethee methods generate a sequence of priorities of the various alternatives and the criteria for sorting the results will be used as decision support information that the construction of education facilities and infrastructure.
