Abstract

ERA electronic store was specializes in electronic trading business. System for recording daily transactions are still done manually, whereas the number and complexity and frequency of data recording and reporting daily transactions no longer worthy to be done manually. For that is required reporting information systems and accounts receivable debts which can help process the data, inventory control, control and to correct misinformation, improve reliability and efficiency. The method used in designing the application by using prototyping method. Prototyping method is a systems approach to suit the basic needs of users, advantages of this model is very easy to implement and are usually well suited to meeting the needs of technology. The results of this application shows that the program can help provide inventory reports, report purchases, sales and knowing the amount of debt receivables in detail.
