Abstract: Bio industry farming system based on zalacca plant and Ettawa Breed goat integration was done in Girikerto Village, Turi District, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The principle of bioindustry farming system is utilize local resource with the use of bioprocess technology to producing food, feed and fuel. Three principle of bioindustry agriculture system are Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. The objective of this assessment are to know the impact of innovation technology on farmer’s income and to analyze utilization biomass. The assessment was conducted by technology assistance and survey. The primary data was collect from farmers during 3 years (2015 until 2017) and survey was conducted on February 2018. The data was analysis by tabulation, feasibility analysis, the technological changes feasibility, and biomass ana lysis. The results showed that the Ettawa Breed goat maintenance provides benefits in the amount of Rp 22,150,000/year or increase 163% after the technology introducing. The zalacca cultivation is feasible to develop in Girikerto Village because the additional value of the costs obtained is much higher than the additional value of the costs incurred with MBCR value is 3.73. Biomass for animal feed from zalacca leaves has not been fulfilled, so there are still opportunities for the development of zalacca plants as many as 618,358 clumps. While the compost biomass for fertilizing the zalacca plants is also have opportunity to be developed by adding the number of goat populations.
