Analisis Regresi Logistik Untuk Mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perkembangan Program PUAP di Jawa Tengah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dana PUAP yang dikelola oleh Gapoktan di Jawa Tengah sejak tahun 2008 hingga tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis model regresi logistik yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan eksploratif deskriptif dan dikembangkan dengan pendekatan literatur.Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan mempertimbangkan lokasi dan tahun Gapoktan menerima dana PUAP. Kabupaten Sampel yang dipilih adalah Kabupaten Brebes, Jepara, Purworejo, Pati, Kudus, Tegal, Batang, dan Magelang. Sampel diambil secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelengkapan kelembagaan Gapoktan, jadual pertemuan (insidentil) maupun 3 bulanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan dana PUAP; sedangkan Variabel kelengkapan pelaksanaan PUAP secara lengkap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan dana PUAP. Hasil uji kesesuaian model tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pengamatan dan hasil prediksi atau model telah cukup menjelaskan data (fit). Variabel independen secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Nilai Nagelkerke R square sebesar .462 atau 46.2% dan hasil regresi logistic multiplememberikan nilai Overall Percentage sebesar 88.4% yang menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan model penelitian ini adalah cukup baik yaitu sebesar 88.4%.

This study aims to development fund of PUAP’s Program by Farmers Group Association (Gapoktan) in Central Java from 2008 to 2015. The study used a logistic regression model analysis combined with a descriptive exploratory approach and literature study approach. The research location was receiver Gapoktan PUAP funds. The samples selected were Brebes, Jepara, Purworejo, Pati, Kudus, Tegal, Batang, and Magelang. Sampling by simple random sampling. The results showed that the variables of Gapoktan institutional completeness, schedule of meetings (incidental) or 3 months did not significantly influence the development of PUAP funds. The variables of completeness of PUAP implementation have a significant effect on the development of PUAP funds. The results of the model suitability test showed no significant difference between the results of the observations and the results of the prediction or fit. Independent variables together affect the dependent variable. Nagelkerke R square value is .462 or 46.2% and the results of multiple logistic regression give the Overall Percentage value of 88.4% indicating that the accuracy of this research model is good that is equal to 88.4%.
