Perancangan Prototype Aplikasi Katalog Ketersediaan Obat (Kartu Stok Obat) Menggunakan RMA (Rich Mobile Application): Studi Kasus Gudang Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan

Abstract

Kartu stok merupakan dokumen kendali persediaan obat pada gudang farmasi dinas kesehatan kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Namun pada prakteknya gudang farmasi dinas kesehatan masih menggunakan kartu stok manual sedangkan kebutuhan saat ini menuntut pengelolaan obat yang efektif dan efisien. Hal ini berpengaruh pada kinerja kerja petugas gudang farmasi dan terhambatnya proses pendistribusian oleh pihak dinas kesehatan. Aplikasi prototype Katalog kartu stok obat online dapat memenuhi kebutuhan teknologi gudang farmasi dinas kesehatan. Salah satu cara untuk penyajian informasi katalog stok obat yang efektif adalah menggunakan aplikasi mobile berbasis platform android. Aplikasi dapat dibuat dengan lebih sederhana dengan hanya melihat fungsionalitas utama yaitu pencarian katalog stok obat. RMA (Rich Mobile Application) merupakan salah satu pilihan teknologi untuk membangun aplikasi yang mudah dimengerti oleh pengguna layanan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan aplikasi prototype katalog stok obat yang dibangun dengan menggunakan teknologi RMA serta dirancang dengan permodelan ADDIE (analysis, design, development and production, implementation) pada metode R&D (Research and Development) dapat memberikan suatu informasi secara detail dan visualisasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam pencarian katalog kartu stok obat.

Stock card is managing document for drug stocks in drug storehouse Departmen of Health in South Central Timor Regency. But in practice drug storehouse Department of Health in South Central Timor Regency still use manual stocks card whereas today needs require effective and efficient drug management. This has impact on employees performance in drug storehouse and limit the distribution process of drug from drug storehouse Department of Health in South Central Timor Regency to hospitals. Prototype Application of Drug Stocks Card Online Catalogue can meet the needs of tecnology in drug storehouse Department of Health in South Central Timor Regency. One method to serve the information of drug stocks catalogue effectively is using mobile application based on android platform. The application can be made more simple with only see the key function. That is searching drug stocks catalogue key function. RMA (Rich Mobile Application) is one choice of tecnology to build an application which is easy to be understood by users. The research produce prototype application of drug stocks catalogue that is built using RMA tecnology and also ADDIE (Analisys, Design, Development and Producton, implementation, Evaluation) on R&D method (Research and Development) that can give a detail information and visualyzation which is can be used as a reference on searching drug stocks catalogue.
