Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan produksi di PT Patria Prima Jaya yang berjumlah 55 karyawan yang menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel kepemimpinan transformasional diukur menggunakan skala MLQ (Multi-Factor Leadership Questionnaire) yang diadaptasi oleh Xiaoxia dan Jing (2006) dan dimodifikasi oleh penulis sesuai dengan komponen idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration milik Bass (2006) dan variabel OCB diukur menggunakan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman, and Fetter (1990) yang dimodifikasi oleh penulis sesuai dengan teori OCB Organ (1988) dimensi conscientiousness, sportsmanship, civic virtue, courtesy, altruism. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s Rho , didapatkan hasil r = 0,635; p< 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan OCB di PT Patria Prima Jaya.
This research is aimed to know the positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. This research was applied on 55 production employees of PT. Patria Prima Jaya using simple random sampling. Transformational leadership variable was measured using MLQ Scale which adapted by Xiaoxia and Jing (2006) and modified by author based on role idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration component (Bass, 2006), and OCB variable was measured using OCB scale adapted by Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman, and Fetter (1990) and modified by author based on OCB Organ theory (1988) conscientiousness, sportsmanship, civic virtue, courtesy, altruism dimensión. The data was analized using Spearman’s Rho correlation test, and the results showed the correlation value r = 0,635; p < 0,05), therefore it can be concluded that there is positive and significant correlation between work transformational leadership and OCB at PT Patria Prima Jaya.
