Abstract: | Sumber daya manusia adalah sebuah elemen penting dalam organisasi. Kinerja organisasi tegantung pada bagaimana organisasi mengelola sumber daya manusianya. Ini karena semua organisasi menjalankan bisnisnya melalui sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, setiap organisasi harus mampu mengelola sumber daya manusianya seperti elemen-elemen lain dalam organisasi. Sumber daya manusia adalah elemen yang dinamis dan kompleks. Organisasi membutuhkan sebuah sistem manajemen kinerja yang baik guna mengontrol dan memantau kinerja dari karyawan mereka agar sesuai dengan visi organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi sistem manajemen kinerja pada PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia, termasuk di dalamnya penetapan standar, penilaian kinerja, dan umpan balik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan akan disajikan dalam narasi, diagram alir, diagram, dan tabel untuk memudahkan pemahaman. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen kinerja bukan hanya terbatas pada penilaian kinerja, melainkan sebuah proses terus-menerus menetapkan standar kinerja, penilaian kinerja, dan umpan balik bagi karyawan. Selain itu, harus ada proses coaching, training pemantauan, dan pengembangan kompetensi di dalamnya untuk memastikan bahwa karyawan mencapai kinerja terbaik mereka sesuai dengan tujuan strategis perusahaan. Human resource is an important element in the organization. Performance of organization is depend on how the organization manages their human resources. It's because any organizations operates their bussines by human resource. Therefore, each organization must be able to manage their human resources as the other elements in the organization. However, human resources is a dynamic and complex elements. Organization need a good performance management system to control and monitor the performance of their employees in accordance with the vision of organization. The purpose of this study is to describe implementation of performance management system on PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia which include setting standard, performance appraisal, and feedback. The research is conducted in qualitative descriptive approach and will be presented in the form of narration, flow charts, diagrams, and tables to facilitate understanding. This study concludes that performance management is not just limited to performance appraisal, but rather a continuous process of setting performance standards, performance appraisal, and feedback for the employees. In addition, there should be a process of coaching, monitoring, trainning and development of competence in it to ensure that employees achieve their best performance in accordance with the strategic objective of the company. |
