Meningkatkan Penguasaan Kosakata Bahasa Inggris Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Melalui Metode Bermain “Cabe” Cari Berbisik

Abstract

This study aimed to increase vocabulary English for children 5-6 years in TK Marsudirini Sang Timur Salatiga, this study including classroom action research, use the method of playing “CABE” looking for whispering. The Subjects of the study were 20 children of a group B1 in TK Marsudirini Sang Timur, Salatiga. Technique data collection is done by means of observation and documentation. Research instruments used in this research was in sheets observation checklist. Data analysis of the result of observation and be done gradually, then processed into a score of observation and calculated percent in accordance with the boy name. The results of a percentage of precycle 13 %, data in the cycle I 31 %, first meeting in the cycle I second meeting 66 %, and in the cycle II to achieve 75 % performed only one meeting in the cycle II. There is an improvement in pre-action and any action on each meeting until it reaches 75 %.
