Sedangkan efisiensi penggunaan air tertinggi sebesar 0,41 g/L diperoleh pada kombinasi perlakuan interval penyiraman 4 hari (dosis bahan organik 20 to/ha) menghasilkan bobot biji kering/tanaman 18,85 g. Soybean is known as the agricultural commodity needed in Indonesia as food, animal feed and industrial raw materials. Many people who consume soybeans to fulfill their nutritious’ needs in many kinds of products and it makes a lot of soybeans are needed. But, the productivity of the soybean plant has not been able to meet the number of society needs in the field. Also, drought is one of the factors that cause low soybean productivity. The practice of using water efficiently without reducing yield or plants can be done to overcome the problem of limited water resources in soybean cultivation. One of the solutions is to set the watering interval and the use of organic material. The purpose of the research to know the effect of watering interval and the dose of organic material on the growth and the yield of soybean plants that had been done in Bancak District, Semarang Regency on March until June 2018. The experimental design used was a randomized group design that consists of 15 treatments combinations between the watering interval (the watering is done every 2,3,6,8, and 10 days) and the dose of organic material (0,10 and 20 tons/ha). Each of the treatment combinations is repeated 3 times. The results of the research showed that the treatment combination for 2 days of watering intervals and 20 tons/ha of the organic material dose was the highest growth and yield. The weight of dry stover and dry seeds were the highest when the watering interval (20 tons/ ha of organic material) is done with the value of 16,90 gram and 23,10 gram. Meanwhile, the highest water used efficiency is 0,41 g / L is obtained to the treatment combinations of watering interval for 4 days (dose of organic material 20 tons/ha) produced the weight of dry seed or plant 18,85 gram. |
