Hubungan antara Work-Family Conflict dengan Resiliensi pada Ibu yang Bekerja sebagai Polwan di Polres Salatiga

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work-family conflict dengan resiliensi pada ibu yang bekerja sebagai Polwan di Polres Salatiga. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara work-family conflict dengan resiliensi pada ibu yang bekerja sebagai Polwan di Polres Salatiga. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Polwan yang sudah menikah dan memiliki anak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian sejumlah 43 Polwan dengan usia 25–40 tahun dan memiliki anak usia 1–17 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi model Likert yang terdiri dari dua skala yaitu, Skala Resiliensi Reivich dan Chatte (2002) dan Skala Work-Family Conflict milik Greenhaus dan Beutell (1985). Analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif signifikan antara work-family conflict dengan resiliensi pada ibu yang bekerja sebagai Polwan di Polres Salatiga dengan koefisien korelasi -0.666 dengan p= 0,000 (p=<0,05) dan mendapatkan sumbangan efektif sebesar 44,35%. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin rendah work-family conflict maka akan semakin tinggi resiliensi dan sebaliknya.

This study aims to determine the relationship between work-family conlflict with a resilience of mothers who work as policewomen in Salatiga Police. The hypothesis is there is a significant negative relationship between work-family conflict with the resilience of mothers who work as policewomen in Salatiga Police. This research was conducted at the policewomen who are married and have children. Respondents were used in the study a number of 43 policewomen with 25-40 years of age and have children aged 1-17 years. This research is a quantitative with correlational method. Data collection techniques using a Likert model psychological scale consisting of two scales, namely Resilience Scale (Reivich & Chatte, 2002) and Work-Family Conflict Scale (Greenhaus & Beutell, 1985). Data analysis uses SPSS version 16.0. The results showed a significant negative relationship between work-family conflict and resilience of mothers who worked as Policewomen in Salatiga Police with a correlation coefficient of -0.666 with p = 0.000 (p = <0.05). Work-family conflict contribute effectively to the resilience of 44.35%.
