Abstract: | Pengembangan modul pelatihan pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal termasuk penelitian R & D. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan langkah-langkah berikut : analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan uji validasi oleh ahli pendidikan karakter, ahli modul pelatihan dan praktisi di sekolah diperoleh angka 77,5 % dikategori layak. Setelah itu, diujicobakan dengan eksperimen sehingga diperoleh hasil adanya perbedaan skor pretes dan postes, hasil angket menunjukkan nilai 3,2 dikatakan layak. Modul ini terdiri dari modul untuk pelatih dan modul untuk peserta disertai rencana pelaksanaan pelatihan. Kepala sekolah disarankan untuk melaksanakan pelatihan dengan menggunakan modul pelatihan pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal, serta bagi guru disarankan untuk berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan. Development of character education training modules based on local wisdom including R&D research. This development research uses the ADDIE model with the following steps: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection by interview, documentation and observation. Furthermore, validation tests were carried out by character education experts, training module experts and practitioners in schools which obtained 77.5% in the appropriate category. After that, it was tested by experiment so that the results obtained were differences in the pretest and posttest scores, the results of the questionnaire showed a value of 3.2 said to be feasible. This module consists of modules for trainers and modules for participants along with training plans. Principals are advised to carry out training by using character education training modules based on local wisdom, and teachers are advised to participate in training. |
