Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa gambaran resiliensi pada penderita HIV/AIDS yang tertular karena penggunaan narkoba suntik di kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif fenomenologis dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi serta triangulasi data. Jumlah partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak dua orang laki-laki dengan rentang usia 30 – 50 tahun yang mengidap HIV/AIDS pada level stadium AIDS yang tertular karena penggunaan narkoba suntik yang berdomisili di Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Reivich dan Shatte (1995) yang membahas tentang resiliensi dan tujuh aspek resiliensi yaitu regulasi emosi, pengendalian impuls, optimis, analisis penyebab masalah, empati, efikasi diri, dan reaching out. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua partisipan tersebut memiliki kemampuan resiliensi yang cukup baik dilihat dari kemampuan ketujuh aspek resiliensi. Selain itu, adanya kemampuan penerimaan diri yang baik, dukungan keluarga (sosial) serta penerimaan dari keluarga dan orang terdekat menjadi beberapa faktor penting yang mendukung kemampuan resiliensi partisipan tersebut. This study aims to determine, identify and analyze the description of resilience in people with HIV / AIDS who are infected due to injecting drug use in Salatiga city. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative research method by sampling using purposive sampling and using deep interview, observation and data triangulation techniques. The number of participants involved in this study were two men with age range between 30 until 50 years old, who was at the AIDS stadium, that was infected due to the use of injecting drug and domiciled in Salatiga. This study uses the theory of Reivich and Shatte (1995) which discusses resilience and seven aspects of resilience, there was an emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, analysis of the causes of problems, empathy, self-efficacy, and reaching out. The results of the study showed that both participants had quite good resilience abilities in terms of the the seven aspects of resilience. In addition, the existence of good self-acceptance, family (social) support and acceptance from family and closest people are some important factors that support the participant's resilience ability. |
