Abstract: | This study aims to find out how employee relations programs which applied in Allium Tangerang Hotel to improve the quality of internal communication climate. The targets in this study are managements and employees in Allium Tangerang Hotel. Used literature review includes a number of concepts concerning the role of public relations and internal communication climate. This study used qualitative methods. This is a descriptive-qualitative study. Based on the findings, PR of Allium Tangerang Hotel already apply overall implementation proces and have been well built. The application of activities such as trainings, awards, special events, staff meetings, internal communication media, and direct conversations support an excellent internal communication climate. It fulfils supportive nature dipicted by characteristics such as mutual assistance, trust, openness and honesty, participation in decision making, and attention to high performance objectiveIt can be seen from the many programs that have been conceived and developed by management, so as to improve internal communication climate which can produce a productivity. |
