Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kaitan atau pengaruh system kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non-finansial terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel pemediasinya di PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry. Pada perusahaan manufaktur seperti garmen, turnover merupakan masalah yang sangat serius, karena tingkat turnover yang cenderung tinggi. Dimana untuk sampai pada tahap turnover ada suatu proses yang mendahului yaitu turnover intention (keinginan dari seorang karyawan/pekerja yang ingin keluar dari suatu pekerjaan). Dalam penelitian ini, turnover intention inilah yang akan digali dan diteliti lebih jauh. Dalam memperoleh penjelasan dari turnover intention, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksplanatory. Ada beberapa variabel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu : kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non-fiansial dan kepuasan kerja yang ada di PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh system kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non-finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention di PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non-finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruhnya turnover intention. Bahwa semakin baik kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi finansial memberikan dampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja yang pada akhirnya membuat turnover intention menjadi semakin rendah.
This study aims to determine the relationship or influence of the financial compensation and non-financial compensation systems on turnover intention with employee satisfaction as the mediating variable at PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry. In manufacturing companies such as garment, turnover is a very serious problem, because the turnover rate tends to be high. Where to arrive at the turnover stage there is a process that precedes the turnover intention (the desire of an employee / worker Who wants to leave a job). In this research, this turnover intention will be explored and investigated further. In obtaining an explanation of turnover intention, this research was carried out by explanatory method. There are several variables used in this study, namely: financial compensation, non-financial compensation and job satisfaction at PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry. This study discusses the effect of financial compensation and non financial compensation systems on job satisfaction and the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry. This study shows that there is a significant effect between financial compensation and non-financial compensation on job satisfaction and the effect of turnover intention. That the better financial compensation and financial compensation has a positive impact on job satisfaction which ultimately makes turnover intetnion become lower.
