Abstract: | Tujuan mengamati penggunaan taktik presentasi diri yang dilakukan oleh Ahmad Jaelani (mimi peri) dalamakun Instagram (@mimi.peri). Ahmad Jaelani (mimi peri) adalah seorang selebgram yang menampilkan dirinya sebagai wanita dengan menunjukkan tampilan dirinya menggunakan kostum pakaian dari bahan bekas maupun bahan alam. Mimi peri dikenal dengan berbagai karya baju buatannya sendiri, sehingga menjadi sorotan melalui akun instagramnya, dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin menjawab rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimana strategi impression management diri Ahmad Jaelani sebagai mimi peri dalam akun Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, untuk menganalisis foto maupun video mimi peri. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa mimi peri menggunakan lima taktik pengelolaan kesan dalam unggahan, diketahui bahwa taktik yang digunakan mimi peri pada pengelolaan kesan yaitu ingratiation, self promotion, dan supplication. Ketiga taktik yang digunakan mimi peri agar kelihatan menarik. The purpose of observing the use of self-presentation tactics made by Ahmad Jaelani (mimi peri) in the Instagram account (@ mimi.peri). Ahmad Jaelani (mimi peri) is a celebrity who presents herself as a woman by showing her appearance using clothing costumes made from used materials and natural materials. Mimi Peri is known for a variety of homemade clothes, so that it is in the spotlight through her Instagram account, in this study the researcher wants to answer the problem formulation in this study how Ahmad Jaelani's self-management impression strategy as a mimi fairy in an Instagram account. This study uses qualitative methods, to analyze photos and videos of fairy mimi. From the results of this study it was found that fairy mimi uses five impression management tactics in upload, it is known that the tactics used of fairy mimi on impression management are ingratiation, self promotion, and supplication. The three tactics used by fairy mimi to make it look attractive. |
