Pengaruh Faktor Internal dan Eksternal terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Bagian Produksi di CV. Cita Nasional

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Internal and External Factors on Employee Loya lty in the Production Section at CV. Cita Nasional. This study uses 40 re pondent produ ction employees. Sample was taken with random sampling method. The research data was obtained from a questionnair e (primary), literature study and direct interviews with respond ent according to the purp ose of this study . The analysis technique uses simpel linear regression. The results of this study indicate that internal and externalf actors simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty CV. Partially, the variable of work motivation and compensation obtained a significant effect, then f or the variables of j ob appraisal, j ob satisfaction, and pe rfo rmance did not significantly influence employee loyalty.
