Abstract

Science and technology in Indonesia develops rapidly. Many companies use automatic system in production process to optimize the production activities. Professional worker is needed in balancing the development of science and technology in order to suit quality and products with the desire specification and the national or international standard. There are so many problems appears in working world specially in production process, such as the production engine is not working optimally which can block production processes until maintenance is needed from professional workers to support production process which is not rid of human sources and nature sources which is belonged. Moreover, refrigerator is using refrigeration technique which is knowledge about refrigeration system by heat flowing from a low heat temperature to the higher heat temperature place. Thus, a tester is needed to know whether the components are properly set on well or broken quality electronic equipments. In this case, checking condition of inner fan, thermostat switch, and lamp switch on refrigerator show case in line production in PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi is very important in order to make sure that there is no damage when the refrigerator show case arrives to consumer. System refrigerator on refrigerator show case is set aslant on the wall in order to spread the refrigeration system evenly. Refrigerator show case is not used to freeze. It is only to make something cold inside.
