Abstract: Studi kelayakan industri diperlukan untuk melihat sebuah gambaran mengenai layak atau tidak dalam menjalankan industri agroindustri, kebanyakan pengindustri belum melakukan pencatatan dalam keuangan industrinya, sehingga tidak diketahui berapa biaya yang dikeluarkan dan pendapatan pada industrinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kelayakan dari aspek non finansial industri tahu (2) mengetahui analisis kelayakan finansial industri tahu (3) mengetahui analisis sensitivitas pada industri “Tahu Hygiene” di Rumah Kedelai Grobogan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Kedelai Grobogan (RKG), Kabupaten Grobogan. Analisis data mengunakan metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari aspek non finansial yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan teknologi, aspek manajemen, aspek hukum, aspek sosial dan lingkungan industri. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan aspek non finansial industri tahu di RKG memiliki kelengkapan data dan dinyatakan layak. Sedangkan metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial industri tahu menggunakan kriteria penilaian kelayakan Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period (PP), Break Event Point (BEP). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian analisis kelayakan finansial industri tahu dinyatakan layak dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp 75.531.030pada DF 17%, nilai IRR 35% lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga 17%, nilai Net B/C Ratio 2,21 lebih besar dari 1, dan nilai PP 2 Tahun 9 Bulan 8 hari. Sedangkan nilai BEP produksi sebesar 26.814 bungkus dengan BEP harga jual Rp 5.259 per bungkus. Hasil analisis sensitivitas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan kenaikan harga bahan baku produksi kedelai 20% industri tahu dinyatakan layak. Sedangkan jika terjadi penurunan produksi sebesar 18% industri “Tahu Hygiene” di Rumah Kedelai Grobogan dinyatakan tidak layak.
A business feasibility study is necessary for picturing whether a company is feasible to run a business or not. Most entrepreneurs have not kept records of their businesses budgeting, which cause the expense and the income on the business can not be tracked. This research’s feasibility study would focus on the tofu agroindustry business. This research aimed to: (1) determine the feasibility of the non-financial aspects of the tofu industry (2) know the financial feasibility analysis of the tofu industry (3) find out the sensitivity analysis of the "Tofu Hygiene" industry in Grobogan Soybean House. This research was conducted in Grobogan Soybean House, Grobogan Regency. Data analysis used for this research was qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative method was used to determine the feasibility of non-financial aspects,which were market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, management aspect, legal aspect, social aspect and industrial environment. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis, the non-financial aspects of the tofu industry in RKG had complete data and were declared feasible. Whereas quantitative method was used to determine the financial feasibility of the tofu industry using the feasible criteria, which were Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period (PP), Break Event Point (BEP). Based on the results of the analysis of the financial feasibility analysis, the tofu industry was declared feasible with an NPV value was Rp 75,531,030, and DF 17%, IRR value was 35% greater than the interest rate of was 17%, Net B/C Ratio value was 2.21 greater than 1, and PP values were 2 Years 9 Months 8 days. While the BEP production value were 26,814 packs with a BEP selling price of Rp 5,259 per pack. The results of the sensitivity analysis could be concluded that with the 20% of increase in the price of raw materials for soybean production, the tofu industry was declared feasible. Whereas if there was 18% decrease in production, the "Tofu Hygiene" industry in Grobogan Soybean House would be declared infeasible.
