Abstract: | The development of production systems is growing rapidly and many companies use automation systems. Problems that are often faced in the world of work, especially in the field of production, are production machines that do not work optimally so that the quality of production does not match the desired specifications. It takes a testing tool for good or bad conditions of a circuit system to support the smooth production process. Therefore we need an arduino-based wiring refrigerator testing tool based on the value of the obstacle through the plug port on the test equipment which will be displayed on the LCD so that the operator can easily find out the value of the obstacle according to production specifications and applicable regulations. The tools made must be effective, efficient, and easy to understand so that operators have no difficulty in using it and can work optimally so that the amount of production will increase. Refrigerator brands used as test objects are Polytron brands with conventional types and there are several series with the provisions of the refrigerator resistance value in the production of PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi which is between 10 Ω to 30 Ω. If the value of obstacles outside the threshold is categorized as bad conditions. From the testing that has been done, it is found that the test equipment is made in good and optimal condition. There is a little difference in the difference in reading the value of obstacles using a multimeter and test equipment. That is because there is a value of internal resistance and errata on the multimeter that affects the reading of the wiring refrigerator resistance value. |
