Abstract: | Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan positif antara aktualisasi diri dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anggota Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana di Batalyon Zeni Tempur 4/TK Banyubiru berjumlah 75 siswa yang menggunakan purposive sampling. Variabel aktualisasi diri diukur menggunakan alat ukur berdasarkan karakteristik aktualisasi diri menurut Maslow (1970), meliputi mampu melihat realita secara lebih efisien; penerimaan terhadap diri sendiri dan orang lain apa adanya; spontanitas, kesederhanaan, dan kewajaran; terpusat pada persoalan; memisahkan diri (kebutuhan kesendirian); autonomi (kemandirian terhadap budaya dan lingkungan); kesegaran dan apresiasi yang berkelanjutan; kesadaran sosial; hubungan interpesonal; demokratis; rasa humor yang bermakna dan etis; kreativitas; kemandirian, dan pengalaman puncak, dan variabel komitmen organisasi diukur menggunakan OCQ (Organizational Commitment Quisioner) yang dimodifikasi dan diadaptasi dari Allen dan Meyer (1990), meliputi aspek komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif, dan komitmen kontinuans yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Analisis data menggunkan uji korelasi Pearson, dengan hasil r = -0,102 dan sign = 0,192 (p<0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak adanya hubungan antara aktualisasi diri dan komitmen organisasi pada anggota Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Cabang 55 Yon Zipur IV/TK, sehingga hipotesis ditolak. This research was conducted with the aim to find out whether there is a positive relationship between self-actualization and organizational commitment. This research was conducted on members of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana in Battalion 4 Engineer / Banyubiru, totaling 75 members who used purposive sampling. The variable of self-actualization is measured using a measurement based on the characteristics of self-actualization according to Maslow (1970), including being able to see reality more efficiently; acceptance of oneself and others as they are; spontaneity, simplicity and fairness; focused on the problem; secession (the need for solitude); autonomy (independence of culture and environment); freshness and ongoing appreciation; social awareness; interpersonal relations; democratic; a sense of humor that is meaningful and ethical; creativity; independence, and peak experience, and organizational commitment variables measured using OCQ (Organizational Commitment Questionnaire) modified and adapted from Allen and Meyer (1990), including aspects of affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment. Data analysis using the Pearson correlation test, with the results of r = -0.102 and sign = 0.192 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between self-actualization and organizational commitment on members of Persika Kartika Chandra Kirana Branch 55 Yon Zipur IV / TK , so the hypothesis is rejected. |
