Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan signifikan dan positif psychological well-being dengan work engagement karyawan di PT. Puninar Mitra Abadi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan kriteria karyawan yang masih aktif dalam di PT. Puninar Mitra Abadi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode skala likert, meliputi skala psychological well-being yang dikemukakan oleh Ryff’s (1989) dan skala work engagement yang dikemukakan oleh Schaufeli dan Bakker (2004). Data analisis menggunakan korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara psychological well-being dengan work engagement dengan koefisien korelasi uji hipotesis sebasar 0,333 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.036. Semakin tinggi psychological well-being maka semakin tinggi work engagement, begitu pula sebaliknya semakin rendah psychological well-being maka semakin rendah work engagement yang dialami karyawan. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan untuk dapat mengeksplor lebih jauh faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi variabel work engagement pada karyawan PT. Puninar Mitra Abadi. This research aims to analyze the significant and positive relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement of employees at PT. Puninar Mitra Abadi. The subjects in this study were 30 employees. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with the criteria of employees who are still active in PT. Puninar Mitra Abadi. The data collection method uses the Likert scale method, including the psychological well-being scale proposed by Ryff’s (1989) and the work engagement scale proposed by Schaufeli & Bakker (2004). Data analysis using product moment correlation from Karl Pearson. The results showed a significant and positive relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement with the correlation coefficient hypothesis testing 0.333 with a significance value of 0.036. The higher the psychological well-being, the higher the work engagement, and vice versa the lower the psychological well-being, the lower the work engagement experienced by employees. The next researcher is expected to be able to explore further the other factors that influence the work engagement variable in PT. Puninar Mitra Abadi. |
