Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemasaran jasa pendidikan non formal di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat di Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi berorientasi pada tujuan goal oriented evaluation model yang dikembangkan oleh Ralph Winfred Tyler. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Sebagai sumber data adalah. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pemasaran jasa pendidikan sudah dilakukan oleh semua pengelola PKBM dengan analisis marketing mix 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence) namun belum memaksimalkan dalam membangun kemitraan yang disebut 1P yaitu Partnership building,1) Product berupa program yang banyak diselenggarakan adalah program kesetaraan paket,2) price berupa SPP yang jumlahnya sangat bervariatif, sukarela dan gratis.3) place, tempat kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan digedung sendiri, pinjam pakai di sekolah formal, pinjam pakai di rumah penduduk.4) promotion, kegiatan promosi dilakukan dengan berbagai metode word to mouth, pendekatan persuasive dengan kehidupan sosial di masyarakat, media sosial, penjaringan data ATS (Anak Tidak Sekolah ), publikasi di website, sosialisasi di kelurahan, brosur/ leaflet, mendeskripsikan perubahan karakter siswa ke orang tua, pameran pendidikan dan mengikuti lomba- lomba dan mempublikasikan kegiatannya di media massa. 5)people, di semua PKBM Salatiga sudah memiliki Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan yang berkualifikasi dan berkompetensi serta linier di bidangnya.6)process, proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar masing – masing menggunakan metode pembelajaran dengan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pelajaran, Kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum Cambridge, dengan berbasis dalam jaringan, rintisan dalam jaringan dan luar jaringan. Sedang untuk proses manajemen belum memaksimalkan kegiatan untuk memiliki unit usaha sendiri. 7) Physical Evidence, lingkungan PKBM sudah menunjang proses untuk KBM.8)Partneship building,rata-rata pengelola PKBM belum maksimal membangun kerjasama kemitraan.
This study aims to evaluate of marketing non-formal education services at the Center for Community Learning Activities in the City of Salatiga. This study uses a goal-oriented evaluation model goal-oriented evaluation model developed by Ralph Winfred Tyler. Data collection by using interviews, observation, documentation. The source of data is the manager, program manager, and student guardians. Technical data analysis using qualitative analysis. The evaluation results show that marketing management of educational services has been carried out by all Learning Centers managers with a marketing mix analysis of 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence) but has not maximized in building partnerships called 1P namely Partnership building, 1) Product in the form of programs that are widely implemented are package equality programs, 2) price in the form of tuition fees which are very varied, voluntary and free. resident.4) promotion, promotional activities carried out with a variety of word to mouth methods, persuasive approaches to social life in the community, social media, ATS data collection (School-less Children), publication on the website, socialization in the village, brochures/leaflets, describing changes in student character to parents, educational exhibitions and take part in competitions and publish their activities in the mass media. Levels of Learning Units, Curriculum 2013 for equal education and Cambridge Curriculum, based on networks, pioneering in networks and outside networks. As for the management process, it has not yet maximized activities to have its business unit. 7) Physical Evidence, the Learning Centers environment has supported the process of teaching and learning activities. 8) Partnership building, on average learning centers managers, has not yet maximally built partnership cooperation.
