Abstract: | Semakin banyaknya kafe yang menjual minuman kopi membuat pelaku usaha harus melakukan berbagai macam cara untuk mempertahankan konsumen agar tidak beralih ke kafe lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor sosial, faktor pribadi, dan faktor psikologis terhadap keputusan pembelian minuman kopi di Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. Variabel independen meliputi faktor sosial, faktor pribadi, dan faktor psikologis serta variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan adalah 50 responden. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yang meminum minuman kopi dan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur pada buku, internet, skripsi dan jurnal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda diolah dengan Sofware EViews 9.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari ketiga variabel independen terdapat dua faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologis. Faktor pribadi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian minuman kopi di Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. The increasing number of cafes which selling coffee drinks make businesses have to do various ways in order to keep consumers from turning to other cafes. This study aims to determine the influence of social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors the decision to purchase coffee drinks in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. The independent variable includes social factors, personal factors and psychological factors and the dependent variable include in purchasing decisions. The sampling method was using non-probability sampling with convenience sampling technique and the number of samples are 50 respondents. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents whose drank coffee drinks and secondary data were obtained from literature studies on books, internet, thesis and journals. Data analysis techniques was using multiple linear regression processed with Software EViews 9.0. The results showed that of the three independent variables, there were two factors that influenced consumer behavior in purchasing decisions, namely personal factors and psychological factors. Personal factors are the most dominant factor in influencing consumer behavior in the decision to purchase coffee drinks in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. |
