Abstract: | BTSI adalah sebuah kantor yang melayani kebutuhan civitas akademika dalam bidang teknologi informasi, sistem informasi, multimedia dan fasilitas pengajaran di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Penyusunan laporan hasil pelayanan membutuhkan waktu selama 7 hari, stakeholder terkait tidak dapat kepastian estimasi waktu perbaikan; tidak terekam riwayat penyelesaian masalah/pelayanan pada pekerjaan IT support dan dukungan teknologi informasi tidak dikembangkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan berikut. Hal tersebut merupakan penyebab rendahnya hasil penilaian ISO pada Biro Teknologi & Sistem Informasi. Soft Sistem Methodology merupakan metode perancangan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi, dengan metode tersebut dapat dihasilkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website. Sistem Informasi troubleshotting berbasis website dapat mendokumentasikan seluruh kegiatan pelayanan BTSI, meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan dan dapat mendukung peningkatan penilaian audit ISO. BTSI is an office which serves the academic needs in technology information sector, information system, multimedia and teaching facility at Satya Wacana Christian University. The service report result need 7 days compilation, the stakeholders don’t know the estimated service time, the services history is not recorded and the supporting technology information is not developed to fix the service problem. This is the low assessment of ISO in Biro Technology & Information System. The Soft System Methodology is a method implementation of information system, with that method we can have an information system based on website. The information system of troubleshooting website based can record all the services result of BTSI, increase the service performance and to support auditing assessment of ISO. |
