Model Adopsi Mobile Payment: Peran Technology Context, Security, dan Consumer Knowledge dengan Trust sebagai Pemediasi

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji model adopsi mobile payment dengan menghubungkan tiga prediktor yaitu technology context, security, serta consumer knowledge dengan trust sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap keputusan adopsi mobile payment. Penelitian ini melibatkan responden sebanyak 195 orang yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara online menggunakan google form. Responden mengisi kuesioner terhadap pertanyaan yang mengukur semua konstruk dalam model penelitian dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan partial least square (PLS) menunjukkan bahwa variabel technology context berpengaruh pada trust dan adopsi mobile payment; security berpengaruh pada trust dan dan adopsi mobile payment; namun, consumer knowledge tidak berpengaruh pada trust dan adopsi mobile payment.

The purpose of this study is to test a mobile payment adoption model by relating three predictors that are context technology, security, and consumer knowledge and trust as a mediating variable to mobile payment adoption decision. This study involved 195 respondents who were collected by using a questionnaire distributed through google form. Respondents filled out questionnaires which consisted of questions measuring all constructs in the research model using a Likert scale. The results of data analysis using partial least square (PLS) indicate that the technology context variable influences trust and adoption of mobile payment, security influences trust and adoption of mobile payment; however, consumer knowledge does not affect trust and adoption of mobile payment.
