Abstract: | Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) atau Tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan merupakan komitmen perusahaan untuk berkontribusi dalam pengembangan sosial yang berkelanjutan. Namun, banyak perusahaan yang hanya melakukan kegiatan CSR semata-mata hanya untuk memenuhi tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah program-program CSR dapat meningkatkan corporate image atau citra perusahaan menurut konsumen yang pernah menikmati CSR tersebut. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah PT. Djarum. Data dari penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap konsumen yang pernah menikmati CSR PT. Djarum. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CSR Djarum Bakti Pendidikan meningkatkan corporate image PT. Djarum. Namun, CSR Djarum Bakti Lingkungan tidak meningkatkan corporate image PT. Djarum, dan CSR Djarum Bakti Bulutangkis meningkatkan corporate image PT. Djarum. Corporate Social Responsibility is a company commitment to contribute in continual social development. However, some companies are only doing CSR to fulfill social responsibility of the company. The aim in this research is to know whether the CSR programs may increase the corporate image according to the consumer who has gained benefit from CSR. The object in this research is PT.Djarum. The data from this research is analized using quantitative and qualitative approach with doing an interview to the consumer who has gained benefit from CSR Djarum. The result in this research show that CSR Djarum Bakti Pendidikan increase the corporate image of PT.Djarum. However, CSR Djarum Bakti Lingkungan doesn’t increase corporate image, and CSR Djarum Bakti Bulutangkis increase the corporate image of PT.Djarum. |
