Abstract: | Persaingan pasar obat, mendorong Medical Representative (MR) sebagai marketing obat ethical untuk tetap mampu bertahan agar dapat memenuhi target perusahaan. Tekanan kerja ini mendorong MR untuk lebih memiliki ketahanan dalam memenuhi tanggung jawab sebagai tenaga marketing. Adversity Quotient (AQ) merupakan ketahanan seorang individu untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam tekanan kerjaan sekalipun. Terkait dengan perlunya ketahanan dalam menyelesaikan tugas serta tanggung jawab pekerjaan, maka penelitian ini dikembangkan guna meneliti hubungan Adversity Quotient (AQ) dengan kinerja marketing obat ethical. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang dipakai adalah MR dikota Kudus. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, dan kemudian data dianalisa dengan menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diketahui bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Adversity quotient dengan kinerja marketing MR (Medical Representatives). Medicine market competation encourage Medical Representative (MR) as medicine marketer to survive in order to meet company target. Working pressure motivate MR to have more resilient in fulfill their responsibilities as marketer. Adversity Quotient (AQ) means someone endurance in complete his/ her duty even in any codition with some pressure. The importance of endurance in completing task and responsibilities, so that the research was conducted to observe the relationship between Adversity Quotient (AQ) and ethical medicine marketer (MR). The reserach was conducted in Kudus and followed by MR who located in Kudus. The study used accidental sampling technique, and then analyzed by pearson product moment. The result of the study shows that there is a significant and positive relationship between Adversity quotient and MR (Medical Representatives)’ job performance. |
