Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara parsial pengaruh ketiga variabel bebas Komitmen Afektif, Komitmen Normatif, dan Komitmen Berkelanjutan tehadap Kinerja Pegawai Perpustakaan dan Arsip daerah Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampling jenuh karena sampel diambil dari seluruh anggota populasi yang berjumlah 32 orang pada bagian staf kepustakaan. Teknik analisis ynang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan alat analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Metode pengumpulan data dengan survey melalui angket. Berdasarkan data statistik, diketahui bahwa Komitmen Afektif dan Komitmen Normatif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan Komitmen Berkelanjutan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
The purpose of this research was partially explain the influence of three independent variables, Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment and Continnous Commitment to Employee Performance at Library and Local Archieve in the City of Salatiga. The ammount of samples in this research are 32 respondens, which is come from the whole population, or called total sampling. This research used statistic descriptive quantitative and multiples linear regression to analyze the data. This research collect the data by survey with questionnaires. The result showed that Affective Commitment and Normative Commitment are has no influence to Employee Performance, however Continnous Commitment have the negative influence to Employee Performance.
