Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan antara psychological capital dengan kinerja karyawan. Partisipan adalah karyawan PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo departemen opening dengan jumlah 37 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) yang terdiri dari 18 butir dan Skala Kinerja yang terdiri dari 31 butir, dan keduanya telah memenuhi syarat reliabilitas yang baik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi dari Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,582 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), artinya ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological capital dengan kinerja karyawan PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, salah satunya yaitu dengan melakukan pelatihan peningkatan psychological capital karyawan. This study aims to determine the relationship between Psychological Capital and Employee Performance. Participants were employees of PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo in the Opening Department with a total of 37 people. Data collection using the Psychological Capital Questionnaire Scale (PCQ) which consists of 18 items and the Performance Scale which consists of 31 items, both of questionnaire have met the requirements of good reliability. Data analysis used Spearman's correlation technique. The results of this study indicate a correlation coefficient of 0.582 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), which explain that there is a significant positive relationship between Psychological Capital and Employee Performance of PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo. Through this research, it is hoped that it can help the PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo in its efforts to improve employee performance, one of which is by conducting training on improving employee psychological capital. |
