Abstract: Pengelolaan keuangan pribadi merupakan tanggung jawab akan pemasukan dan pengeluaran terhadap kebutuhan seseorang . Setiap orang memiliki tuntutan untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Namun masih sering kecenderungan akan keinginan lebih tinggi dibanding kebutuhan, sehingga memunculkan pola perilaku konsumtif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan money attitude, self-control, dan kecenderungan tingkat akan perilaku konsumtif terhadap karyawan di Jakarta. Sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data primer yang dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan link pengisian angket secara online melalui google docs. Data yang telah dikumpulkan, kemudian dilakukan uji reabilitas dan validitas. Syarat reliabilitas pengukuran adalah nilai Cronbach’s α > 0,6. dan syarat validitas pengukuran adalah nilai corrected item-total correlation (r hitung) > r tabel. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasikan melalui program AMOS versi 21. Dari olah data menggunakan SEM diperoleh hasil bahwa (H1) yang menyatakan pengaruh antara Money Attitude terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif ditolak, (H2) yang menyatakan ada pengaruh antara Money Attitude terhadap Self-Control dapat diterima, dan (H3) yang menyatakan ada pengaruh antara Self-Control dengan Perilaku Konsumtif pada karyawan diterima.
Personal Financial Management is the responsibility of the income and expenditure to one’s needs. Each people has the demand to meet their needs. But there is still a tendency of desire is higher than needs, giving rise to consumer behavior patterns. This research aims to know the tendency of money attitude, self-control, and the tendency of consumer behavior level ofworkers in Jakarta. Samples were collected using purposive sampling method using primary data collection by distribute the questionnaire and online polling through google docs. After data have been collected, tested the reliability and validity. Terms reliability of measurement is the value of Cronbach's α> 0.6. and terms of validity of the measurements is a value corrected item-total correlation (r count)> r table. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated by AMOS program version 21. From the data if using SEM obtained that (H1) who stated the influence of Money Attitude towards Consumer Behavior rejected, (H2), which states no effect between Money Attitude SelfControl to be accepted, and (H3), which states no effect between Self-Control in Consumer Behavior on the employee received.
