Alokasi Pendapatan Sertifikasi Guru SMP Dan SMA Kota Salatiga

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji alokasi pendapatan sertifikasi guru pada jenjang pendidikan SMP dan SMA di Salatiga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei yang menggunakan sampel 100 guru SMP dan SMA. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan alokasi pendapatan kedalam beberapa jenis alokasi diantaranya konsumsi, tabungan, investasi, dan asuransi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa alokasi pendapatan sertifikasi guru tertinggi digunakan untuk tabungan, sedangkan sisanya untuk konsumsi, investasi, dan asuransi.

This study examines the revenue allocation of teacher certification in junior and senior high school education in Salatiga. This research was conducted by survey method using a sample of 100 junior and senior high school teachers. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis to describe revenue allocation of teacher certification into several types, including the allocation of consumption, saving, investment, and insurance. The results showed that the highest revenue allocation of teacher certification is used for savings, while the rest of the consumption, investment, and insurance.
