Abstract: | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dunia kerja buruh wanita pada industri garmen yang dilihat dari 7 (tujuh) aspek yaitu (1) Motivasi kerja, (2) Suasana lingkungan kerja, (3) Risiko kerja, (4) Beban kerja, (5) Perlakuan atasan, (6) Perlakuan rekan kerja, dan (7) Kesejahteraan buruh wanita. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling, dimana pengambilan sampel dengan memilih responden yang kebetulan dijumpai. Kriteria pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah buruh wanita yang bekerja pada industri garmen di wilayah Karangjati, Ungaran, Jawa Tengah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dunia kerja buruh wanita industri garmen dengan melihat 7 (tujuh) aspek berupa motivasi kerja masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, dan suasana lingkungan kerja, risiko kerja serta perlakuan atasan masuk dalam kategori baik, sedangkan beban kerja, perlakuan rekan kerja serta kesejahteraan buruh wanita masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the milieu of women labour who work for garment industry from seven aspects. The first is the work motivation (1), the second is working environment (2), the third is the risks (3), the fourth is workload (4), the fifth is the superior’s treatment (5), the sixth is the worker’s relationship treatment (6), and the seventh is the welfare of women labour (7). Accidental sampling was applied as a sampling method. The selected respondents were those who met accidentially. The responden criteria in this study was the women labour who works for garment industries in Karangjati,Ungaran,Central Java. The analysis technique used in this research was qualitative descriptive statistic. The result of analysis are the work motivation found within very good category. Work environment and its risk, superior’s treatment are all found within good category. At the same time, workload, worker’s relationship treatment and the welfareness ofwomen labour are within sound category level. |
