Perancangan Desain User Interface Aplikasi Sistem Administrasi Pemagangan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, TBK Berbasis Web dengan Pendekatan User Centered Design

Abstract

Abstrak : Di era globalisasi sekarang ini, perusahaan menggunakan teknologi dalam melakukan segala aktivitas melalui perangkat komputer dan jaringan untuk mengelola informasi yang lebih cepat, tepat, dan teliti. Fokus penelitian ini adalah perancangan User Interface Aplikasi. Perancangan User Interface (UI) Aplikasi menggunakan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD). Pendekatan User Centered Design dipilih karena memiliki fungsi untuk mengetahui kebutuhan user saat menggunakan aplikasi sehingga hasil UI tidak perlu mengubah perilaku seorang user dalam menggunakan aplikasi.Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan ialah Pengumpulan Data, Analisis Data, Perancangan Desain User Interface, dan Test. PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya,Tbk memiliki kurang lebih empat belas ribu cabang di seluruh Indonesia dan Asia, berperan untuk mendukung program pemerintah tentang penyelenggaraan permagangan. Pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data karyawan yang masih menggunakan hardfile menimbulkan permasalahan efektifitas penggunaan waktu dan data yang mudah rusak. Sistem Administrasi Permagangan dapat menjadi solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Pemagangan dapat membantu perusahaan PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya,Tbk tim Human Capital Division (HCD) dalam mendata peserta magang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract : In today's era of globalization, companies use technology to do all activities through computer devices and networks to manage information faster, more precisely, and thoroughly. The focus of this research is the design of the Application User Interface. Application User Interface (UI) design using a User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The User Centered Design approach is chosen because it has a function to know the needs of the user when using the application so that the UI results do not need to change the behavior of a user in using the application. The research phases are Data Collection, Data Analysis, User Interface Design Design,and Test. Pt. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya,Tbk has approximately fourteen thousand branches throughout Indonesia and Asia, acting to support government programs on the implementation ofmagangan. The collection and management of employee data that still uses hardfiles raises the issue of the effectiveness of the use of time and data that is easily corrupted. TheMagangan Administration System can be the solution to the problem. The result of this research is the design of Apprenticeship System Application can help pt Sumber Alfaria Trijaya,Tbk human capital division (HCD) team in listing apprentices more effectively and efficiently.
