Abstract: Persaingan dalam industri perbankan semakin kompetitif. Salah satu cara untuk memenangkan persaingan yaitu bahwa bank harus memiliki karyawan yang tidak saja berperilaku in role tetapi juga extra role atau yang dikenal sebagai Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Tidak semua karyawan menunjukkan perilaku OCB mengingat perilaku tersebut bukanlah sebuah keharusan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) itu sendiri dapat dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor, diantaranya komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Cabang Lippo Karawaci serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Cabang Lippo Karawaci. Untuk memperoleh data maka diambil sampel sebanyak 38 orang karyawan PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Cabang Lippo Karawaci dengan teknik saturation sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Cabang Lippo Karawaci. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Cabang Lippo Karawaci.
Competition in the banking industry is increasingly competitive. One way to win the competition is that banks must have employees who not only behave in roles but also extra roles or known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Not all employees show OCB behavior, considering that this behavior is not a necessity. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) itself can be influenced by a number of factors, including organizational commitment and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Lippo Karawaci Branch and identify the factors that influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Lippo Karawaci Branch. To obtain data, a sample of 38 employees of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Lippo Karawaci Branch was taken with a saturation sampling technique. The analytical tool used is a simple regression analysis. The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect partially on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Lippo Karawaci Branch. In addition, job satisfaction is the dominant factor affecting the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Branch of Lippo Karawaci.
