Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan dan seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja karyawan dengan menggunakan sistem absensi sidik jari. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 204 responden dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan data kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan non akademik Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS Statistic 25. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan menggunakan Proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan non akademik Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga secara rata – rata memiliki penilaian baik dengan hasil nilai rata – rata 3,76, absensi sidik jari juga berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja karyawan di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga.
This research was conducted with the aim to find out how much the level of employee’s work dicipline dan how big is the impact of employee’s work dicipline by using the finger prints attendance system. This research has been done in Satya Wacana Christian University. Sample that is being used in the research is as much as 204 respondents by using questionnaire data collection method. The population in this research is the non-academic employee in Satya Wacana Christian University. The analyzing tool that is used in the research is SPSS Statistic 25. Sample collecting method in this research use the probability sampling using the Proportionate stratified random sampling. The result of this research shows that the level of employee’s work dicipline of non-academic employee in Satya Wacana Christian University has the average of good valuation with the value of 3.76, the finger prints attendance is also affect on the escalation of employee’s work dicipline in Satya Wacana Christian University.
