Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Store Atmosphere dan Sensory Marketing pada Toko Roti Breadtalk Solo Grand Mall terhadap Minat Beli Ulang konsumen. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Toko Roti Breadtalk Solo Grand Mall dan responden yang pernah mengunjungi Toko Roti Breadtalk Solo Grand Mall. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli Ulang dan Sensory Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Store Atmosphere dan Sensory Marketing berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang.
The research aims to find the impact of Store Atmosphere and Sensory Marketing at Solo Grand Mall’s Breadtalk Bakery toward the consumer’s Repurchase Intention. The population of this research is the visitors of Solo Grand Mall’s Breadtalk Bakery and the respondents whom have ever visitied Solo Grand Mall’s Breadtalk Bakery. Purposive Sampling technique is used as the sampling method for the research. The data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis method is done using Multiple Linear Regression. The result of this research shows that partially the Store Atmosphere and Sensory Marketing has a positive impact toward Repurchase Intention. Moreover, the research results shows that simultaneously the Store Atmosphere and Sensory Marketing have the impact toward Repurchase Intention.
