Abstract: | Perkembangan bisnis secara online mempermudah konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Salah satu marketplace yang dapat menjadi pilihan konsumen untuk berbelanja online adalah di Akulaku. Keputusan pembelian online di marketplace Akulaku dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti kemudahan transaksi dan e-service quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan transaksi dan eservice quality terhadap keputusan pembelian online di marketplace Akulaku. Sampel diambil sebanyak 104 orang konsumen marketplace Akulaku yang berada di beberapa kota di Indonesia dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pertanyaan terstuktrur yang diberikan pada konsumen marketplace Akulaku dalam bentuk google forms. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan transaksi mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online di marketplace Akulaku. Selain itu, eservice quality juga mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online di marketplace Akulaku. Online business development makes it easier for consumers to make purchases. One marketplace that can be a choice for consumers to shop online is Akulaku marketplace. Online purchasing decisions in Akulaku marketplace can be influenced by various factors such as ease of transaction and e-service quality. This study aims to analyze the effect ease of transaction and e-service quality on online purchasing decisions in Akulaku marketplace. Samples were taken as many as 104 consumers of Akulaku marketplace in several cities in Indonesia with purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire with structured questions given to Akulaku marketplace consumer through the Google forms. The analytical tool used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression. The results of the study show that the ease of transactions has a significant positive influence on online purchasing decisions in Akulaku marketplace. In addition, e-service quality also has a significant positive influence on online purchasing decisions in Akulaku marketplace. |
