Proses Inovasi Munculnya Ide dan Kreativitas Dalam Terciptanya Kampung Pelangi Wonosari Semarang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ide awal dalam proses pendirian Kampung Pelangi Wonosari Semarang yang ditinjau menggunakan aspek 4P kreativitas. Objek penelitian ini adalah 9 orang masyarakat Kampung Pelangi yang memiliki usaha rumahan. Data dari penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari masyarakat Kampung Pelangi Wonosari Semarang dan dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tokoh yang berada dibalik pendirian Kampung Pelangi, ide awal dalam pendirian Kampung Pelangi, inovasi pendirian Kampung Pelangi yang dilihat dari aspek 4P Kreativitas (Press, Person, Process, Product). Kampung Pelangi juga memiliki manfaat baik bagi masyarakat maupun pemerintah dalam aspek ekonomi, aspek sosial dan aspek lingkungan melalui proses pendirian Kampung Pelangi Wonosari Semarang.

This research aims to determine the initial idea in the process of founding the Rainbow Village of Wonosari Semarang which is reviewed using the 4P aspect of creativity. The object of this research is 9 people who have a rainbow village community that has a home business. Data from this study used primary data from the Rainbow Village community of Wonosari Semarang and analyzed qualitatively descriptive. The result of this study shows the figure behind the establishment of Rainbow Village, the initial idea in the establishment of Rainbow Village, the innovation of Rainbow Village establishment seen from the 4P aspect of creativity (Press, Person, Process, Product). Rainbow Village also has benefits for both the community and the Government in the economic aspects, social aspects and environmental aspects through the process of founding the Rainbow Village of Wonosari Semarang.
