Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pada RSUD Salatiga (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pada RSUD Salatiga. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat RSUD Salatiga sebanyak 228 orang,sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 145 orang. Teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan convinience sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: (1) beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat hasil koefisien nilai Sig. sebesar 0,157 Kontribusi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,014 dan memiliki nilai beta (β) sebesar - 0,081 , (2) disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,665 Kontribusi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,001 dan memiliki nilai beta (β) sebesar 0,055.
This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of workload on nurse performance in Salatiga Hospital (2) the effect of work discipline on nurses' performance in Salatiga Regional Hospital. This research includes associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all nurses in Salatiga Hospital as many as 228 people, the samples taken in this study were 145 people. The sampling technique uses convinience sampling. Data was collected by questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is regression. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) workload does not affect the performance of nurses the results of the Sig coefficient value. amounting to 0.157 The contribution of the effect of workload to performance is 0.014 and has a beta value (β) of -0.081, (2) work discipline does not affect the performance of nurses with Indigo Sig. amounting to 0.665 Contributions to the influence of work discipline on employee performance by 0.001 and has a beta value (β) of 0.055.
