Abstract: | Organisasi merupakan sekumpulan orang yang terdiri dari bawahan dan atasan. organisasi sangat membutuhkan pemimpin guna mencapai tujuan organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai didalam organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, selain gaya kepemimpinan pengawsan an disiplin kerja juga merupakan salah satu aspek penting bagi kinerja pegawai. Persoalan penelitian ini yaitu apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Salatiga. Penelitian ini ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Salatiga yang berjumlah 60 pegawai, sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai di PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Salatiga. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkann dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pengawasan dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Salatiga Organization is a group of people consisting of subordinates and superiors. organizations desperately need leaders to achieve organizational goals, appropriate leadership styles within the organization will improve employee performance, in addition to leadership leadership style and work discipline is also one important aspect for employee performance. The issue of this research is whether there is an influence of supervisory leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, supervision and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Salatiga. This research is a quantitative research with an causal approach. The population in this study were employees at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Salatiga, amounting to 60 employees, samples taken in this study are all employees at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Salatiga. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data is collected by questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that leadership style, supervision and work discipline did not affect the performance of employees at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Salatiga |
