Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh mengikuti sebuah halaman penggemar dan keterlibatan pengguna pada halaman penggemar terhadap minat beli dan peningkatan kesadaran merek pada Instagram. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tujuh hipotesis yang diuji. Penelitian menggunakan analisis SEM dengan alat uji Aplikasi AMOS 25. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data responden sebanyak 168 orang pengikut aktif di tiga halaman penggemar pada media sosial Instagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini fan page following berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention dan brand awareness. Fan page engagement terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh antara fan page following dengan purchase intention, namun tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh antara fan page following dengan brand awareness pada pengikut tiga halaman Instagram.
This study aims to find out the importance of impact on follow and user engagement on Instagram fan pages. The study used respondents data of 168 followers on three fan pages on Instagram social media. This study contained seven hypotheses tested. Research using SEM analysis with the application test tool AMOS 25. The result of this research on fan page following has positive effect on purchase intention and brand awareness. Fan page engagement is proven to be able to mediating the effect of fan page following with a purchase intention, but it is not able to mediation the influence between fan page following with brand awareness on followers of three Instagram fan pages.
