Abstract: | Fitness center merupakan usaha di bidang jasa, dimana pelayanan berfokus pada penyediaan peralatan gym dan program kebugaran. Keputusan pemilihan jasa fitness oleh konsumen ini umumnya tergantung pada motivasi, harga, fasilitas dan lokasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji seberapa besar keputusan pemilihan jasa fitness center Young Salatiga Exclusive Gym oleh masyarakat untuk melakukan kegiatan gym yang ditinjau oleh beberapa variabel yang dianggap mempengaruhi di antaranya motivasi, harga, fasilitas, dan lokasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabillitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis yang meliputi uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dapat diketahui bahwa variabel motivasi, harga dan lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan fitness center Young Salatiga Exclusive Gym. Sedangkan fasilitas pada hasil pengujian tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan fitness center Young Salatiga Exclusive Gym. Berdasarkan hasil uji F tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 > 0,05 yang menjelaskan secara bersama-sama motivasi, harga, fasilitas dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan jasa fitness center. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,514. Artinya bahwa pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kombinasi antara variabel motivasi, harga, fasilitas dan lokasi terhadap pemilihan jasa fitness center sebesar 51,4% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Fitness center is a business in the service sector, where service focuses on providing gym equipment and fitness programs. The decision to choose fitness services by consumers generally depends on motivation, price, facilities and location. This study aims to examine how much the decision of the selection of Young Salatiga Exclusive Gym fitness center services by the community to do gym activities that are reviewed by several variables that are considered influencing, among others, motivation, price, facilities, and location. The analysis used in this study includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing which includes t test, F test, and Determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression can be seen that the motivation, price and location variables have a positive effect on the decision of the selection of Young Salatiga Exclusive Gym fitness center. While the facilities on the test results do not have a positive effect on the decision to choose the Young Salatiga Exclusive Gym fitness center. Based on the results of the F test the significance level of 0,000> 0,05 which explains together motivation, price, facilities and location affect the selection of fitness center services. The coefficient of determination is 0.514. This means that the influence given by a combination of motivation, price, facilities and location variables on the selection of fitness center services is 51.4% and the rest is influenced by other variables. |
