"Praktik Outsourcing Fungsi Akuntansi Pada Usaha Kecil (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Radius Bodykit Plastic Mobil)"

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi dilakukannya outsourcing fungsi akuntansi pada usaha kecil. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan mewawancarai pemilik dan pekerja outsourcing perusahaan fungsi akuntansi. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Radius Bodykit Plastic Mobil. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor biaya, faktor sumber daya, faktor kompetensi, dan faktor manajemen operasi melatarbelakangi kebijakan outsourcing pada perusahaan Radius Bodykit Plastic Mobil. Sedangkan faktor risiko outsourcing tidak melatarbelakangi kebijakan outsourcing pada perusahaan Radius Bodykit Plastic Mobil. Adapun proses rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga outsourcingdilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari mengidentifikasi bidang pekerjaan yang tersedia, keahlian yang dibutuhkan, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan dimana tenaga kerja itu akan diperoleh.

This study aims to know what factors affect the carrying out of the outsourcing of accountancy on small businesses. The method used in this research is the Qualitative method conducted by interviewing the owner and the staff of the outsourcing of accountancy. The research object is the company of Radius Bodykit Plastic Mobil. The study has shown that the factors of cost, labo sources, competence, operational management underlie the outsourcing policy on the company of Radius Bodykit Plastic Mobil. While the risk factors of the outsourcing do not underlie the policy on the company of Radius Bodykit Plastic Mobil. Meanwhile the recruitment process and the outsourcing staff selection are performed through some steps starting from identifying the availability of jobs, the required skills, the number of labors, the place where the labors can be obtaine.
