Abstract: | Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena maraknya pemasangan reklame di Kota Salatiga terbukti dengan semakin meningkatnya penerimaan pajak reklame tahun 2010 hingga 2013. Namun demikian jumlah reklame bermasalah masih tinggi tiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengujian efektivitas penerimaan pajak reklame di Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan melakukan survey di Jl. Diponegoro, Jl. Sukowati dan Jl. Kartini, lokasi tersebut digunakan sebagai lokasi pengambilan sample penelitian. Efektivitas penerimaan pajak reklame berdasarkan jenis yang tergolong sangat baik yaitu jenis reklame kain sebesar 81%. Jenis billboard memiliki efektivitas yang rendah dengan presentase 36% sedangkan untuk jenis poster dan reklame berjalan memiliki presentase 0% dimana terdapat potensi penerimaan tetapi tidak terdapat realisasi penerimaannya. Sedangkan efektivitas penerimaan pajak reklame secara keseluruhan di Kota Salatiga tergolong cukup baik dengan presentase 50%. The background of this study is the glowing phenomenon of the advertisements which are assembled in Salatiga which is proven by the increasing amount of advertisement tax income from 2010 until 2013. However, there are a large number of troublesome advertisements every year. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of advertisement tax income in Salatiga. The method used in this study is the descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach which is done by doing a survey in Jl. Diponegoro, Jl. Sukowati, and Jl. Kartini. Those three locations are used as the samples of this study. The effectiveness of advertisement tax income depends on their types. It is proven from the result that the income effectiveness of the banner type is 81%, whereas the income effectiveness of the billboard type is 36%, and the income effectiveness of the mobile advertisement type is 0%. There is potential income on the mobile advertisement type, but there is no realization of the income. Overall, the effectiveness of the advertisement tax income in Salatiga is relatively good with 50% of percentage points. |
