Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Work family conflict dengan kepuasan kerja pada peran ganda karyawan wanita di PT. Argo Manunggal Triasta Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasional. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Work family conflict sebagai variabel (X) dan Kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. AMT Salatiga, dengan jumlah partisipan yang diambil sebanyak 60 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling dan pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Work family conflict dan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan wanita yang memainkan peran ganda ditunjukkan melalui r=0,052; p>0,05. Demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis ditolak karena menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan signifikan. Hasil tersebut menyatakan bahwa Work family conflict tidak memberi peran terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan wanita yang memiliki peran ganda. Berdasarkan hasil uraian penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan, tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Work family conflict dan Kepuasan Kerja pada peran ganda karyawan wanita di PT. AMT Salatiga. Hasil pembahasan tersebut menyatakan tidak ada pengaruh secara langsung dari Work family conflict yang dimiliki oleh peran ganda karyawan wanita di PT. AMT Salatiga yang dapat memberikan dampak terhadap kepuasan kerja.
This study aims to determine the relationship between work family conflict and job satisfaction in the dual role of female employees at PT. Argo Manunggal Triasta Salatiga. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational research methods. The variables used in this study were work family conflict as a variable (X) and job satisfaction as a variable (Y). This research was conducted at PT. AMT Salatiga, with 60 participants taken with purposive sampling technique and data collection using a questionnaire method. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is no significant relationship between work family conflict and job satisfaction of female employees who play multiple roles as shown by r = 0.052; p> 0.05. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis is rejected because it shows no significant relationship. These results state that work family conflict does not play a role in job satisfaction of female employees who have a dual role. Based on the results of the research description, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between Work family conflict and Job Satisfaction on the dual role of female employees at PT. AMT Salatiga. The results of the discussion stated that there was no direct influence from the work family conflict which was had by the dual role of female employees at PT. AMT Salatiga which can have an impact on job satisfaction.
