Abstract: Lansia mengalami penurunan kesehatan karena fungsi tubuh mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan oleh bertambahnya usia. Covid-19 yang menyebar sejak bulan Maret tahun 2020 menyebabkan munculnya pembatasan kegiatan, yaitu Pembatasan Sosial Bersekala Besar (PSBB). Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan berbagai perubahan terkait upaya penanggulangan permasalahan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi kegiatan aktivitas fisik dengan memperhatikan keadaan sosial dan lingkungan saat masa pandemi Covid- 19 pada lansia di Desa Kebumen Kecamatan Banyubiru. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan diperoleh melalui wawancara terstruktur kepada 4 lansia di Kecamatan Banyubiru, Desa Kebumen yang tercacat pada Puskesmas Banyubiru. Partisipan yang dilibatkan adalah lansia dengan kriteria inklusi perempuan yang berusia renta 55 - 61 tahun, sehat jasmani dan rohani, sering melakukan aktifitas fisik, berdomisili di Desa Kebumen Kecamatan Banyubiru. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari - Juli 2020 di Desa Kebumen, Kelurahan Kebumen, Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar partisipan mengalami perubahan aktivitas fisik karena adanya PSBB. Lansia harus beradaptasi dengan kondisi saat pandemi yang menyebabkan berkurangnya kualitas dan kuantitas aktivitas fisik, sosial dan lingkungan. Kegiatan berkumpul yang tidak bermanfaat tidak dilakukan oleh kelompok lansia walaupun berguna untuk menjaga kesehatannya.
The elderly experience a decline in health due to decreased body functions caused by increasing age. Covid-19 which has spread since March 2020 has led to the emergence of activity restrictions, namely Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). These conditions lead to various changes related to efforts to overcome health problems. The purpose of this study was to explore physical activity activities by paying attention to social and environmental conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic in the elderly in Kebumen Village, Banyubiru District. The research used is descriptive qualitative research method. The data used were obtained through structured interviews with 4 elderly people in Banyubiru District, Kebumen Village who were disabled at the Banyubiru Health Center. The participants involved were elderly with inclusion criteria of women aged 55 - 61 years, physically and mentally healthy, often doing physical activities, domiciled in Kebumen Village, Banyubiru District. The study was conducted in February - July 2020 in Kebumen Village, Kebumen Village, Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency. The results showed that most of the participants experienced changes in physical activity due to the PSBB. The elderly must adapt to conditions during a pandemic that causes a reduction in the quality and quantity of physical, social and environmental activities. Gathering activities that are not useful are not carried out by the elderly group even though they are useful for maintaining their health.
