Abstract: Kebutuhan pangan rumah tangga dilihat berdasarkan kemampuan rumah tangga dalam mengakses pangan untuk memenuhi gizi. Indonesia kaya akan beragam sayur dan buah, tahun 2018 produksi sayur dan buah mengalami peningkatan, akan tetapi konsumsi sayur dan buah masih rendah terutama dikalangan anak-anak. Kecamatan Getasan berlimpah hasil sayur dan buah dan mayoritas penduduknya bekerja dibidang horticultural (budidaya berkebun), namun masih banyak masalah gizi pada anak di Kecamatan Getasan yang diakibatkan kurangnya konsumsi sayur dan buah. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengidentifikasi akses pangan dan konsumsi sayur buah pada anak di Desa Kopeng Kecamatan Getasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Responden penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yakni anak usia sekolah dasar beserta orang tuanya yang bertempat tinggal di Desa Kopeng Kecamatan Getasan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Analisa data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, akses pangan di Desa Kopeng Kecamatan Getasan berada pada kategori sedang (78,95%). Rata rata tingkat asupan zat gizi pada siswa SD di Desa Kopeng Kecamatan Getasan pada energi, protein, lemak dan karbohidrat mengalami defisit berat. Kebiasaan makan sayur dan buah pada siswa SD di Desa Kopeng Kecamatan Getasan rata-rata masih kurang dari anjuran WHO (sayur 250gr/hari dan buah 150gr/hari). Kesimpulan bahwa akses terhadap sayur dan buah di Desa Kopeng Kecamatan Getasan cukup baik, namun asupan zat gizi dan konsumsi sayur buah anak sekolah dasar di Desa Kopeng Kecamatan Getasan masih kurang dari anjuran WHO.
Household food needs are seen based on the household's ability to access food to meet nutrition. Indonesia is rich in a variety of vegetables and fruits, in 2018 vegetable and fruit production has increased, but consumption of vegetables and fruit is still low, especially among children. Getasan is abundant in vegetables and fruit and the majority of the population works in the horticultural sector, but there are still many nutritional problems in children in Getasan due to lack of consumption of vegetables and fruits. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify food access and fruit vegetable consumption in children in Kopeng Village, Getasan. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Research respondents were determined by purposive sampling technique, namely elementary school age children and their parents wholive in Kopeng Village, Getasan. The data collection technique used primary and secondary data. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the study, accessto food in Kopeng Village, Getasan is in the medium category (78.95%). The average level of nutrient intake for elementary school students in Kopeng Village, Getasan on energy, protein,fat and carbohydrates experienced a severe deficit. The habit of eating vegetables and fruit in elementary school students in Kopeng Village, Getasan, on average is still less than the WHO recommendation (250gr vegetables/day and 150gr fruit/day). The conclusion is that access to vegetables and fruit in Kopeng Village, Getasan is quite good, but the nutritional intake and consumption of fruit vegetables for elementary school children in Kopeng Village, Getasan is still less than the WHO recommendation.
