Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini 1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi yang tepat dalam mempertahankan usaha usahanya selama pandemi Covid-19 Bale Hidroponik. 2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor- faktor internal maupun eksternal yang dapat berperan dalam usaha Bale Hidroponik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bale Hidroponik yang berada di Jl. Mutiara No. 35, Bugel, Kota Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan teknik penentuan partisipan menggunakan purposive sampling denganpartisipan sebanyak tiga orang yaitu Gristhoper Allo Posende, Maria dan Ivon Diantoro. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT, Matrik IFAS dan EFAS, Matrik IE, dan analisis QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Untuk uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan posisi Bale Hidroponik berada di sel IV sehingga strategi terbaik adalah tumbuh dan membangun. Prioritas dalam ketahanan usaha Bale Hidroponik yaitu, yang pertama penetrasi dengan TAS 4,912, pengembangan pasar dengan TAS 4,375, pengembangan produk dengan TAS 4,091. The purpose of this study 1) understanding and analyzing the right strategy in maintaining the effort to survive the Covid-19 pandemic Hydroponic Bale business. 2) Knowing and analyzing internal and external factors that can play a role in the Hydroponic Bale business. This research was conducted at Bale Hydroponics located in Pearl. Rd No. 35, Bugel, Salatiga City, Central Java. This study applied qualitative methode. The participants were determined by adopting purposive sampling technique with there are three participants Gristhoper Allo Posende, Maria and Ivon Diantoro. The data was analyzed by using SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS Matrix, IE Matrix, and QSPM (Analysis Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). To test the validity of the data using triangulation source. The results indicate that Bale Hidroponik stated at cell IV presents the best strategy to grow. Priority strategies to maintain the Bale Hidroponik resilience are the first is market penetration with TAS 4,912, market development with TAS 4,375, product development with TAS 4,091. |
