Abstract: Anemia merupakan suatu kondisi kesehatan yang sering dialami ibu pada masa kehamilan. Kategori ibu mengalami anemia apabila memiliki kadar Hemoglobin < 11 gr/dl. Penyebab utama anemia pada ibu hamil disebabkan karena defisiensi zat besi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab utama kejadian anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ampel dan Puskesmas Gladagsari. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif (Sekunder data) melalui pendekatan Cross Sectional. Total sampel yang didapatkan untuk Puskesmas Ampel sebanyak 193 sampel dan Puskesmas Gladagsari 246 sampel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa status gizi (0,001), jarak kehamilan (0,003), paritas (0,032) dan usia ibu hamil (0,032) memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian anemia di Puskesmas Ampel < (0,05). Sampel dari Puskesmas Gladagsari menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda dimana status gizi (0,003), jarak kehamilan (0,007), paritas (0,005), kepatuahan konsumsi tablet Fe (0,049) dan usia ibu hamil (0,046) memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian anemia < (0,05).Berdasarkan uji yang dilakukan terdapat banyak faktor yang memengaruhi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Ampel dan Puskesmas Gladagsari. Edukasi tenaga Kesehatan dan kepatuhan diri ibu hamil memegang peran penting dalam pencegahan anemia pada masa kehamilan.
Anemia is a health condition that is often experienced by mothers during pregnancy. The category of mothers experiencing anemia if they have hemoglobin levels <11 g/dl. The main cause of anemia in pregnant women is due to iron deficiency. This study aims to find out what factors are the main causes of anemia in the Ampel Community Health Center and Gladagsari Health Center Work Area. The type of research used is quantitative (secondary data) through approach cross sectional. The total sample obtained for Ampel Health Center is 193 samples and for Gladagsari Health Center 246 samples. The results showed that nutritional status (0.001), gestational distance (0.003), parity (0.032) and age of pregnant women (0.032) had a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in Ampel Health Center < (0.05). Samples from the Gladagsari Health Center showed different results where nutritional status (0.003), gestational distance (0.007), parity (0.005), compliance with Fe tablet consumption (0.049) and age of pregnant women (0.046) had a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia < (0 0.05). Based on the tests conducted, there are many factors that influence the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at Ampel Health Center and Gladagsari Health Center. Education of health workers and self-compliance of pregnant women play an important role in preventing anemia during pregnancy.
